The thinknic and thinknic-tech mailing lists were closed today by Yahoo for
unknown reasons. My Yahoo account was also terminated.
It is unclear if or when any of these will be reopened.

12:27am PT: Pictures of the NIC's outward appearance are now available for view. I've also added some to knowledge, and of course, there's more to follow as we all play with our NICs a little more...

8:15am PT: Tracking numbers for the first units have appeared, and delivery date is scheduled to be today for orders up to #11302. (This was three weeks from our order.)

10:57pm PT: I put some new information into the FAQ page.
Also, the thinknic-tech group has been created to discuss technical aspects of the NIC, and leave some space for users, once the device starts rolling out.

6:45pm PT: Here's the first chunk of information we have.
Added today: articles about the New Internet Computer. I managed to find a dozen or so of them, including one dating back to 1997. There's plenty of good background that should tide you over until the NICs start showing up at our doorsteps...
